I am inviting you to join me in an effort to fight toxins.
Not only is food making us sick, the toxins we are exposed to on a daily basis are playing their more than fair share. If you have children in your house, I beg you to consider eliminating these toxins from your environment and transitioning to green/eco friendly/toxic free cleaning supplies. Our homes are now filled with man-made substances that include an array of synthetic chemicals, some of which are known carcinogens, potentially cancer-causing chemicals.
You might want to revisit my post to Fight Toxins for some information about what exposure to these toxins does to our children.
You don’t have to do it all at once. I understand budget concerns. Just simply replace as you run out of the old with a green alternative. Almost all grocery stores are now carrying eco-friendly cleaning supplies. They do run about $1 more per bottle (sometimes you can get them on great deals – stock up when on sale!) but isn’t your health worth it? You can save money by making your own.
Your children will definitely thank you for joining me to fight toxins!
