Moxie Thursday {Fitness & Health Linky!}

August 15, 2013 By katbiggie 6 Comments

Welcome to Moxie Thursdays!!

It’s time to make it your best week. It is too easy to be stuck in a sedentary lifestyle. This can affect our health; both mental and physical health. The best way to get out of a sedentary lifestyle is to get up and move around! This link up is to encourage and promote a healthy lifestyle that includes being active and eating well. This isn’t about losing weight, it’s about how you feel and using your body to the best of it’s own abilities.

Moxie Thursday is open for the entire weekend. Join us Thursday – Sunday!

What are you allowed to Link?

Please link up your blog posts (or YouTube videos) about your fitness challenges, tasty healthy food, and your thoughts on fitness and being active.

Please link your post (or video) and not your blog homepage. Grab our button and spread the word. We hope to inspire others to be active!

This week is about motivation

What motivates you to get healthier? What motivates you to run just a little faster for a little longer? What keeps you getting up before everyone else to get a workout in?

    I had to laugh when I saw the name of this link-up because any time I hear the term Moxie, I think of the nasty soda that is made here in Maine. We have an entire festival dedicated to it! Not really healthy, for sure.

    But I do like the concept of the link-up, even if I don’t have anything of my own to share!

      It’s funny, I’m reading Stephen King’s 11/22/63 and he talks about Moxie in it, and that’s what I thought when I saw it too! I had to look it up!
