#30DaysofTeal

This month is Ovarian Cancer Awareness month. We are supporting awareness and raising money through #30DaysofTeal. Join us on Facebook and Instagram.

What is #30DaysofTeal?

For the entire month of September, we challenge you to wear something Teal every single day. It might be nail wraps or nail polish, earrings, a necklace, clothing, hair accessories, whatever. Make a statements and share to bring awareness to this whispering disease.

Make some noise. Awareness saves lives. #30DaysofTeal via @katbiggie

Ovarian cancer is NOT something that we can be screened for at our annual dr visit, but EARLY DETECTION is key to saving lives. If you experience any of the symptoms below for at least 2 weeks, and these are new and unusual symptoms for YOUR body, please go see your ob/gyn to discuss it. Remember, early detection is key to saving lives, and YOU know your body best!

Today’s Challenge from the Ovarian Cancer Foundation is to spread the word about signs of Ovarian cancer to 100,000 women. Share this picture and use ‪#‎30DaysofTeal‬

#30DaysofTeal

We have an ongoing fundraiser for #30DaysofTeal through Jamberry. You can purchase exclusive wraps or shop on the site. 25% of all purchases made in September will go to the Ovarian Cancer Foundation.

Do you know anyone with Ovarian cancer? Or who is a survivor? Or someone who has sadly passed away? Please share your story and join us in our #30DaysofTeal efforts. I am doing this for my Aunt Marilee who died when I was two, and for my sweet friend Jennifer, who passed away entirely too young, just shortly after her 38th birthday. They are both missed greatly.
