My first Triathlon! The Ramblin’ Rose Triathlon. A great one for any woman, of any size, shape, stature, to start out with. We did it, and I can’t wait to train for another one!

    CONGRATS! That is so awesome! I’m actually volunteering at a women’s only triathlon on Sunday. Maybe next year I’ll sign up!

      A little bit of training and it wasn’t too bad. It was empowering more than hard. Hurt a little (sometimes a lot) but felt awesomely wonderful!

    The first pic, I was all “She ran in her flip flops?!!” HA!

    Then I made sure you had your running shoes on the second pic!
