I love butterflies. I mean, LOVE butterflies. They give me hope.
They symbolize new life.
They have always been my symbol. Since I was a child.
Then when Kathryn passed away, they became an even more special symbol for me. I have written about how butterflies have appeared at different times and made me feel the presence of my daughter.
I found CarlyMarie and Christian’s Beach through the grief community. I believe it must have been from Still Standing. As I scrolled through the many beautiful creations that CarlyMarie has made – butterflies mostly, but other beautiful creations too, on Christian’s beach, named for the child that she lost, I knew I needed some.
So I ordered these:
Aren’t they amazing?
You could have some butterflies too. CarlyMarie has generously donated a $50 gift card to the Seashore of Remembrance. This is one of many beautiful gifts that will be awarded to those who participate in our special Mother’s day campaign to donate books to grieving parents. Won’t you help us?
And a special thank you to Alison from Writing, Wishing, who has shared our special campaign today on her blog as well!
