Easy Pumpkin Pie Dip

August 19, 2016 by katbiggie Leave a Comment

The kids are back in school… it is almost September. The mornings are getting darker and cooler. That means… it’s almost time for PUMPKIN SPICE EVERYTHING!

My favorite Fall recipe is really yummy and really not too bad for you! And sooo easy to make!

Why wait until Fall to eat something so delicious?

I actually got this recipe from my friend Nicole, a Pampered Chef Consultant.

Easy Pumpkin Pie Dip

Ingredients

1 80z Container of Cool Whip (use light or fat free to reduce cals!)
1 (16 oz) can of Pumpkin Pie filling
1 small box of Jell-o Instant Pudding (Cheesecake, Vanilla, or White Chocolate Flavor)
1 tsp of Pampered Chef (R) Cinnamon Plus Spice Blend (or just cinnamon/nutmeg or pumpkin spice, or Allspice will work)
1 16 oz box of Gingersnaps

Directions

Combine everything except the Cool Whip and Gingersnaps.  Mix well and then fold in the Cool Whip.  Put in a serving dish (or carved out pumpkin!) and serve with Gingersnaps.

This is an awesome, yummy snack and takes less than 5 minutes to prepare!!  Win, win situation!!
