The Gift

I believe that one of God’s greatest gifts to women is our girlfriends. I have been so blessed with an abundant group of women in my lives who could only be described as wonderful. And there must be some truth to astrology, because four of them have birthdays between the 27-30th of January!

Today, my bestest friend in the whole world (and another close friend) celebrate their Birthdays.

Kerry and I met 15 years ago in France. She picked me up off the floor and took care of me when my first love broke my heart into a million pieces. She brought me out of my shell, showed me how to hold my head high, and she has been by my side ever since.

Sadly, we are separated by an ocean. But that has not dulled a moment of our friendship.
