Wordless Wednesday: Snow!

We don’t get a whole lot of snow in South Carolina, so this is fun!

Looked like a lot of fun indeed and glad you got some snow to enjoy down in SC. We get way too much in NY and having another storm tonight here. I know I am complaining and being extra whiny about lately, but seriously this winter has been just brutal and kicking out butts with the cold and the snow. Spring (for me) can’ come soon enough.

Too cute. We’re about to get hit big time and Matt’s away on a business trip. Time to figure out how to use the snowblower!

At least you have one! Our cars are completely snowed and iced in… no one has come to even clear our neighborhood roads, and now there is a good 2 inches of ice. I hope it warms up soon!

You will not hear me utter “fun” and “snow” in the same sentence – I am done. All of our snow days have been used up and another storm coming in tonight. The pile the plow left by our mailbox will be here until May! Your photo made me smile, though 🙂

Eww, yes, I would be well over it in those circumstances too! Come to think of it, it’s day 2, and I’m already over it! 🙂

Snow always looks so pretty! We are in Indiana and have had so much – I worry the kids won’t have a summer due to all the snow/below zero make up days!!

I know, I’ve had the same concern because we don’t have a whole lot of built in snow days. Tomorrow will be our 5th snow day of the year, which doesn’t seem like a lot up north I’m sure, but it’s a lot for us. They have already taken away two days that were supposed to be off days… I hope we don’t add a week on the end of that!

We don’t get a lot of snow in the Portland, OR area either. We just had 4 pretty crazy days with massive amounts of snow (for us) and ice. I’m glad it’s back to normal now!

Looks like you guys are getting the same storm we are here in Georgia! Not much snow for us, mostly ice, but it’s still fun to see. Such a rarity! I wish we’d get some “real” snow to play in. #SITSblogging

We’re about to get hit with, what our local weather guy calls, “THE storm of the year.”
    Yay?
    I’ll post photos!

So fun! We don’t get much here in NC either, but it has set in now and they are calling for about 10 inches. My kids are excited and, truthfully, I am too, but I could do without the school make up days!

It’s due to hit us by 9 tonight and I’m soooooo over it. We are getting up to about 8 inches and now I’m hearing it’s going to last until Friday with Freezing rain, snow, rain. I’m ready for a vacation from the weather. Stay warm my friend.

Yikes! At least we only got about 4-5 inches, but it is mostly ice, which is just frightening! Praying we make it through this without losing power! You stay warm and SAFE too!

Such sweet pictures! We don’t get much snow here either (TX). I loved it when I was little and we were supposed to get snow, but when I woke up in the morning there was none, so our dad drove us six hours until we found 6″.

Coming over from SITS Girls–I meant to comment yesterday.
