Welcome! Come, stay awhile!
I decided to make the jump to WordPress.org and I am so thrilled about it! Since my blog covers a wide variety of topics (parenting, SAHM, TTTS Awareness, Fiction Writing, Advocacy) just to name a few, I needed a platform that allows me to better organize these varied topics!
If you are already a follower of No Holding Back, please be sure to update your readers and your subscriptions to the new url: http://www.katbiggie.com/
In Honor of this BIG Day, I have Giveaways!
Are you ready????ย Drum Roll, please! ……………………………..
ย
One Free 1 Hour Blog Consult from Julie DeNeen!
First and foremost, I could not have made this transition so smoothly without Julie DeNeen from Fabulous Blogging. There is a LOT that goes into switching platforms, domains, the whole nine, and Julie not only handled the technical transition for me, but she also taught me what she was doing so that I now know how to do all kinds of tricks! If you are considering a switch, or just need help on pretty much any technical aspect of Blogger or WordPress, Julie’s your girl! And Julie has graciously donated a one hour FREE consult for my Grand Opening Extravaganza!
Next….. A 30 Day Deck of Muchness Moments!
So, my friend Tova has this amazing website called “Finding My Muchness.” I discovered it shortly after I lost my daughter Kathryn. Her concept is amazing. No matter what it is that is holding you back from having it all, whether it be a loss or a tragedy or just a rough patch in your life, Tova has found a way to help you “find your muchness.”ย This extra special 30 Day Deck is bound to help you reconnect with your muchness! I absolutely love my deck, and I know you’ll love yours too! You can read all about them here.
And the best part is that Tova is donating a portion of the proceeds from all sales of these cards to the Fetal Hope Foundation, which conducts research on Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS).ย She also donated a large amount of them to the TTTS Support Team, which is a group of mothers who have lost one or both babies to TTTS and we send care packages to other loss moms in their moment of need.
And last, but not least: “The Magical Toothfairies” Book and DVD
You are not too late to enter to win “The Magical Toothfairies” Book and DVD. Visit this post here to enter!
These are all great prizes that can be wonderful gifts if they are not the perfect fit for you! Please enter all week long, and PLEASE share my new home!
a Rafflecopter giveaway
xoxo

March 26, 2013 at 8:07 pmThank you so much Stephanie! I know, I am loving wordPress. I am really glad I moved now, cause it would be so painful to transition and lose my stats later down the road! And since everyone is switching to Bloglovin, it’s a good time because people are updating their subscriptions anyway! Providence!

March 25, 2013 at 11:31 pmOK. Are we sisters or something? I just switched to wordpress.org as well and new hosting. Everything literally went live yesterday! Congrats on the transition! It’s kind of stressful, right? I think with the move I may have lost some fellow followers like you since the “reader” followers don’t transition smoothly. Hope we still say connected.

March 26, 2013 at 10:19 amThat is really funny! I think we might be sisters! Seems like whenever I’m thinking about a particular topic, you write a post about it! I really do like the new site (yours and mine!) and yes, although it is stressful, I think we wound up moving at a really great time. With everyone changing over from Google REader to BlogLovin, everyone is updating their readers anyway, so it works out well! If they loved us, they will find us again eventually! ๐

March 26, 2013 at 8:02 pmIt really is a cool concept and I have done several muchness challenges. They always help me learn something about myself! And yes, it is really hard to find a good church home! I looked for four years before finally settling at my current church!
